Are these your own photos?

Yes — every single image used on bookmarks, cards, keyrings, prints, and gifts is personally photographed by me across the UK, from Scotland to Dorset.

Can I choose my own tassel colour on bookmarks and keyrings?

Yes, most bookmarks and gift bundles let you choose your tassel colour from the dropdown on the product page.

Is the packaging eco-friendly?

Most items are sealed in compostable cellophane, and cards/prints are on recycled or sustainably sourced paper stock where possible.

Do you ship internationally?

UK shipping is available directly at checkout. For international orders, I can ship worldwide, but postage and any customs duties need to be quoted individually per order — please get in touch via the Contact page with what you'd like and your delivery country, and I'll send you a quote.

Can I request a custom design or bird?

Get in touch via the contact page, or take a look at my Commissions page — I can sometimes personalise an existing photo with your own text depending on what you're after.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact me within 14 days with a photo of the damage and I'll sort a replacement or refund. See my Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Many of my gift sets already come beautifully packaged. If you'd like something wrapped specially, leave a note at checkout and I'll do my best to accommodate.
