Shipping Policy

Dispatch times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from the UK.

UK delivery
Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (standard) or 1st Class (upgrade available at checkout).

International delivery
Available at checkout — delivery times vary by destination and are outside of my control once posted.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. I'm unable to redirect or amend parcels once they've been posted.

Packaging
Wherever possible, orders are packed using compostable cellophane and recycled materials.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time (10 working days UK, 21 working days international), please get in touch via the Contact page so I can look into it.
