Shipping
I currently ship to UK addresses only as standard. All items are dispatched from the UK, with most orders sent within 1-3 business days.

- Royal Mail 1st Class (upgrade available at checkout)
- Free UK shipping on orders over £30
Please double check your delivery address at checkout — I'm not able to redirect parcels once posted.
International Shipping
I can ship worldwide, but international orders are handled as a bespoke quote rather than an automatic checkout price. This is because postage costs and any customs duties or import taxes need to be calculated individually for each destination and order value at the time of ordering.
If you're outside the UK and would like to order, please get in touch via the Contact page with the items you're interested in and your delivery country, and I'll get back to you with a shipping quote.
Packaging
Wherever possible, I pack orders using compostable cellophane and recycled materials.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I'll arrange a replacement or refund.
I don't accept returns for change of mind. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me before purchasing and I'll be happy to help.
